Veritas University College offers 2023 Miss Malaysia Indian Global Winner Full Scholarship
Elegance, beauty, and intelligence.
Fraud analyst Balroop Kaur Aujla has taken the stage and captivated audiences and judges, walking away as the newly-crowned Miss Malaysia Indian Global 2023.
Embellished in a beautiful Bill Keith designer gown, Balroop not only won the hearts of the judges with her beauty but also with her charm and natural grace, winning her the Miss Elegance title as well.
For her exemplary accomplishments in the competition, Balroop won prizes worth up to RM25,000, a return ticket to Seoul, South Korea, and a full scholarship to study at Veritas University College, one of the institutions under the BAC Education Group.
Touched by her empathy, Balroop's statement about how Indian women currently struggle with low self-esteem, which overall hinders their growth, won the judges heart. Balroop showed that she wasn't afraid to address difficult topics, a highlight that brought her to win the prestigious crown.
Balroop Aujla wasn't the only winner that day. Joining her were many other talented participants, like runner-up Vithya Barathi Padmanaban, and 3rd place winner, BAC's very own Shandra Arunasalam, a 23-year-old CLP student who earned herself a return ticket to Hanoi and a Yatra Yoga Instructor course.
Balroop was ecstatic for her win. Struggling with anxiety, she found her win incredibly meaningful and one that she will always cherish, especially with the challenges she faced. She stated:
“I am so happy. I didn’t expect this. I have anxiety issues and it was hard for me everytime,”
