BAC Blood Donation Drive 2025:
A Lifesaving Success

On March 19, 2025, the BAC Education Group once again organised its highly anticipated Annual Blood Donation Drive, bringing together students, staff and members of the public for a meaningful cause. Held at the Dance Studio in the MonsterFit Gym, the event ran from 10am to 3pm, and saw a strong turnout of donors eager to make a difference.

A Simple Act with a Powerful Impact

Blood donation is one of the easiest yet most significant ways to save lives. A single donation can aid multiple patients, from accident victims to those undergoing critical treatments. With this in mind, the BAC community showed up in full force, ready to give the gift of life.

To ensure a smooth donation experience, participants were advised to follow key preparation tips, including eating a good meal, staying hydrated and getting enough rest. These simple steps helped ensure donors remained in good health throughout the process.

A Successful Outcome

By the end of the event, PDN (Pusat Darah Negara) had successfully collected approximately 30 bags of blood. Given that one bag can help save up to three lives, this effort will potentially benefit at least 90 patients in need. The collective effort of BAC students, staff and the wider community proved that small actions have a big impact.
