The sport of fencing is fast and athletic involving two skilled fencers moving back and forth on a 6 feet by 44 feet strip. During the duel, because the action is so fast, the touches are scored electronically. Fencing requires no prior skills however, with regular training; you can improve your general fitness and also develop keen reflexes, balance and the ability to outwit the opponent. It is a good exercise for both the body and mind.
