Overview

Employment Law in Malaysia is dynamic and even the most experienced HR managers or Legal Managers in charge of employer-employee relations are challenged to find their way through the myriad issues of looking for competent people and more importantly retaining them.

It is essential therefore for them to understand the applicability of employment law and legal requirements, in order to mitigate the risks in relation to non-compliances and potential litigation.

This two-weekend programme provides one with a good understanding of the important labour laws in Malaysia and the latest trends.
